How do I place an order?

Choose your size and color, then click “Order Now - Cash on Delivery” and fill in your name, phone, and address. We’ll confirm your order by phone or WhatsApp.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Cash on Delivery only. You pay when you receive your order.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, as long as it hasn’t shipped. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and phone number.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to all governorates in Egypt.

How long does delivery take?

Cairo and Giza: (1-3) working days. Other governorates: (3-5) working days.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you’ll receive a tracking number or a call from the courier on the delivery day.

What if I miss the delivery?

Check the size guide on each product page. Our Slim Fit pieces are fitted, so if you’re between sizes or prefer a looser fit, size up.

What are the pieces made of?

Performance fabric designed for training: breathable, lightweight, and quick-drying. (Add exact composition per product.)

How should I wash my DRVN gear?

Machine wash cold, inside out, with similar colors. Don’t use bleach or fabric softener, and avoid high heat in the dryer.

Are the colors the same as in the photos?

We try to match them as closely as possible, but screens can show slight differences.

What is your return policy?

You can return unused items with tags within (7 / 14) days of delivery.

How do I exchange for a different size?

Contact us within (X) days with your order number. Size exchanges are subject to availability.

What if I received a defective or wrong item?

Contact us right away with photos, and we’ll replace it at no extra cost.
