Return Window: You can request to return items within 14 days from the delivery date.

Exchanges: Free once approved (the fastest option to get the desired item).

Shipping Fees: Shipping fees will apply if the delivered size matches our size chart or if it matches the size originally requested.

Order Refusal: If the customer refuses to receive the order upon delivery, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost.
